Clean, renewable fuel produced from organic waste — a sustainable alternative to conventional natural gas for transportation and industry.
GGEPL is in the early planning stages of establishing its Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) production facility. Our team is actively working on feasibility studies, site identification, and technology partnerships. We will be ready to serve you soon.
Get NotifiedCompressed Bio Gas is purified biogas — primarily methane — produced from the anaerobic digestion of organic waste such as agricultural residue, cattle dung, and food waste.
Organic waste is broken down in sealed digesters by microbes, producing raw biogas which is then purified, compressed to 200–250 bar, and bottled as CBG — equivalent to CNG.
CBG is a direct drop-in replacement for CNG — used in vehicles, industrial burners, and cooking, while supporting India's SATAT scheme for clean fuel distribution.
